MUSEUM OF MISSISSIPPI HISTORY AND MISSISSIPPI CIVIL RIGHTS MUSEUM

SSG has worked with leaders of the two joint museums to develop local and national media strategies for positioning Mississippi’s newest museums with media, tourism development, the public, elected state officials and other institutions. SSG assisted the Mississippi Department of Archives and History to organize and publicly position its October 2013 ground-breaking in Jackson, MS and has provided continuing public affairs guidance to the museums’ leadership throughout their development and leading up to the grand opening of the two museums in December 2017.
