DEEPWATER HORIZON SPILL

Following the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion off the coast of Louisiana,  SSG developed and coordinated strategies and communications between state officials, the governor’s office, tribes and a coalition of NGO’s, putting pressure on the industry and government to ensure the safety of the coastline for the future and also creating a Gulf Coast waterways diversion campaign.
