In the past 20 years, the opioid crisis in the United States ruined the lives of millions of Americans, caused countless deaths and cost the U.S. an estimated $75 billion dollars.  SSG successfully represented advocates for victims of the epidemic as they demanded accountability from the big pharmaceutical companies who manufactured, marketed and/or profited from the sale of opioids, including Purdue, Johnson & Johnson/Janssen, Teva and others.
