SSG conducted detailed examinations of the effectiveness of individual organizations, including their internal/external communications, alignment of messaging with their business functions, and integration of leadership’s philosophy throughout all departments of the business, including executive decision-making, public relations, community relations, government relations, employee relations, investment communications and their boards.  For each client, SSG conducted interviews with 25+ members of the organization at each level to determine management culture, identify strengths and weaknesses in each, coach all for better internal/external communications and recommend structural changes to increase the organization’s effectiveness.  We often pair this methodology with public opinion research to gauge the awareness and understanding of the organization.
